Please Note: The SMS service is a 3rd party services offered to our clients as part of the Eunited Infotech Business model. There are some issues that we are aware of and cannot be helped as it is a Bulk SMS account.

Issues:

- Services provide that sends the SMS like Idea, Tata , etc …. can be over loaded with other sms’s that needed to be sent and may come times cause a delay. This is an issues that cannot be helped as we dont control the service provides systems

- SMS dont get delivered at all. This can happen if the services provider removes the sms form there server due to over load or some other reason. If the sms fail’s to deliver please fill in the form below to get it looked at and get a credit back if needed

- DNC issues care issues where an sms that is of a marketing nature dont get delivered to some or all numbers. DNC is Do Not Call list where the government stops the message because the other person who owns the mobile number has signed up for DNC. This does not apply to not marketing or services messages.
